A-1 Duly accredited ambassador, public minister or career diplomatic consular officer, and members of immediate family

H-1C Registered Nurses working in Health Care Professional Shortage Areas (Established November 12, 1999, to provide 500 nursing positions per year in areas lacking sufficient professional nurses.)
H-2A Temporary agricultural labor coming to a temporary (seasonal) job
